QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A little clarity before you step inside.

You do not need to understand the entire process before reaching out. These answers are here to help you understand what WHAT NOW? is, what it is not, and what to expect if you request private access.

01 — What is WHAT NOW?

WHAT NOW? provides private clarity and strategy for complicated decisions, transitions, and real-life situations with too many moving pieces. The purpose is to help you slow the noise, organize what is happening, identify what matters now, and determine realistic next moves.

02 — What is the Private Strategy Room?

The Private Strategy Room is a focused, structured conversation where the Tiye Framework is applied to your individual situation. You do not need to arrive with everything organized or figured out.

03 — What kinds of situations can I bring?

You can bring situations involving major decisions, life changes, competing responsibilities, difficult choices, uncertainty, too many moving pieces, or circumstances that simply feel hard to sort through alone.

04 — Do I need to know exactly what I need before requesting access?

No. Sometimes identifying what you actually need is part of the work. You can start with what feels heavy, unclear, urgent, or difficult to organize.

05 — Is WHAT NOW? therapy?

No. WHAT NOW? is not therapy or mental health treatment. It provides structured clarity and strategic guidance.

06 — Is this legal, medical, or financial advice?

No. WHAT NOW? does not provide legal representation, medical care, financial planning, or other licensed professional services. If your situation requires specialized professional support, identifying that need can be part of the strategy.

07 — What happens after I request private access?

Your request is reviewed to determine whether the Private Strategy Room appears to be the right fit. If it is, you will receive the next steps by email.

08 — Do I need to tell my entire story on the request form?

No. Share enough to help me understand what you are navigating and where you need clarity. You do not need to explain every detail before we begin.

09 — Will I leave with every answer?

Not necessarily. The goal is not to solve your entire life in one conversation. The goal is to help you become clearer about what matters now, what can wait, what may be missing, and what can realistically happen next.

10 — What if my situation involves several different issues at once?

That is exactly when structure can be especially useful. We can separate the moving pieces instead of treating everything as one overwhelming problem.

Still carrying too much at once?

You do not have to organize everything before you begin.
Start where you are.
